Sites marked RTB ✓ 2026 are available for acquisition and ready to break ground this year. These form the core of the portfolio offered in this transaction.
Sites marked Reserved are currently held by the majority shareholder for separate evaluation. Individual reserved sites may be released and made available on a rolling basis. We are happy to discuss this further on request.
Special Purpose Vehicle. The portfolio is held across three SPVs: legal entities that own the lease agreements and associated project rights on a per-site basis.
